I’m Cody Crady, a customer success and systems engineer. My work sits where helping people meets keeping systems running: finding out what actually went wrong, fixing it, and writing it down so it stays fixed.
Outside my day job I run a small platform of my own: a home server, a handful of cloud machines, four WordPress sites and a few data projects. The case studies describe the main ones, and Open source lists the bugs I’ve reported upstream along the way.
How this work gets done
I design, scope and review this work myself. It builds on a home server and network I’ve run, and on the habits that came with it. More recently, much of the building has been done by an AI coding agent, Claude Code, working to written briefs that I scope first. I then review the result in the repository before anything ships. The agent extends infrastructure I built and ran before it arrived; it didn’t build everything, and nothing it writes goes live without my review.
A guest account
If you’re hiring and would like to see more than the write-ups, I can set you up with a guest account. It opens a read-only dashboard of the platform’s health and the parts of my own documentation that explain how it’s built and run. The account is yours alone and lasts about 30 days, and like every account here it asks you to set up a second factor, a passkey or an authenticator app, the first time you sign in. Send me a message on LinkedIn and I’ll email you an invitation.
